Heating Mechanism:
Heat carriers (except hot air) heat a thermal air curtain via a centrifugal fan connected to the system, converting it into hot air. This hot air is then distributed through air ducts and nozzles to uniformly dry both sides of the veneer.

Operational Guidelines

1. Installation Requirements

  • The dryer must be installed on a level foundation by trained personnel, with horizontal tolerance ≤ ±3mm.
  • If foundation settling or uplift occurs during operation, immediately halt the machine, recheck levelness, and inspect transmission components to prevent damage.

2. Material Loading

  • Feed veneer longitudinally through the inlet, ensuring proper alignment (90° to rollers) for seamless entry.
  • Trim veneer edges before drying to prevent jams.

3. Drying Parameter Adjustments

  • Moisture Control: Adjust conveyor speed based on target moisture content (normal range: 8–10%).
    • For veneer ≤0.6mm:
      • Temperature: 110°C–130°C
      • Speed: 1,000–1,200 RPM
    • For veneer ≥0.8mm:
      • Temperature: 150°C–170°C
      • Speed: 800–900 RPM
